DESIGNOLOGY

• Walk through and analysis of area(s) to be painted
• Consult with client on needs and wants
• Paint selections
• Acquire paint draw down (samples) if needed
  

($50 for each additional hour) - Due at end of consult
 

• Basic Consultation: This service includes a walk through of the home, interview with the client to assess needs and wants for the home and basic recommendations.

• Home Staging: This service includes a walk through and analysis of your home and a detailed recommendations list. A written report will be given within 72 hours of what you can do to prepare your home for selling.

$1.00 per square foot - Base price (quotes given per job)

• Includes design development, inventory selection, inventory/accessories, home staging fee, install and de-staging. Also includes furniture selection if needed, but does not include the furniture itself.

$2.00 - $3.00 per square foot - (quotes given per job) 

• Includes the above as well as furniture. Furniture will be selected, bid out and paid by client. Prices do vary upon what is selected. Basic packages start at $400 per month for Master, Living Room & Dining Room. 3 month minimum.
